touch Screen wont resond

hey.. was wondering if any one could help me.. my sostice touch screen wont respond. my hard keys works such camera volume , lock keys.. but my softkeys doesnot.. i dint have any water damage. . i tried to connect to pc studio but when i do.. it gives me the option to select  media player pc studio and mass storage. but i cannot select pc studio since the touch is unresponsive.. any help would greatly be appreciated..?/
