To get to the admin menu type this in your dialpad like you wer making a call

*#6984125*#

Operator Code for Pre-configuration

*#73561*#

And the Master Key for the Internals is

*#3818790*#

Please be careful people. Investigate what we can do slowly. Lets not all brick our phones.

Modifying your phone you do at your own risk. I, nor the forum, or anyone associated with the forum will be held responsible for the info in this forum. Proceed carefully.

ok then heres a an already answered question i just haven't tryed too hard to find it, but what about changing themes? like new fonts and screen savers, maybe not delete, but alter. or actually loading an app that overlays on top of the existing os but is much cooler looking and stuff changing icons.......i bought the wrong phone for that huh? and also when I load media into my miniSd card and then I got to open and find It i can't. am i just dumb or is there something I have to do with the master key just like apps and gamesthat i have to let the phone know that I put it there,.

Yeah you bought the wrong phone for themes and screensavers. Those are all encrypted and no one has been able to crack yet.

How did you put your media on your sd card?  If you put alot it takes awhile to index.

Have you tried going into "my stuff" and changing the drop down box from 'all' to 'memory card'? This might help the phone find your files. also, it's possible that if those files are in a format the Solstice doesn't recognize, it might not be able to see them. Hope this helps

I been meaning to ask if there is somewhere using master key to unlock my phone ... in case I decide to swap at&t for verizon next month? And maybe a short tutorial explaining how? (looking hopefully at Agoattamer)

You would need to sim unlock your phone. You would have to do that through ATT or pay a 3rd party vendor to do that. But the solstice will not work on verizon's network.

Bummer, I think...
But why would I need to unlock the sim chip? I've unlocked tmobile, worldcom and cingular one phones before, swapped sim cards out and used them on other networks...
I thought eternity works on verizon, is there something in solstice that makes it incompatable?

You are so off base here. T-mobile and ATT are GSM networks (sim card). They can be unlocked on each other's network but the 3G wont work on the other. Verizon and Sprint are CDMA networks. No sim card. They will not work on each other's network though.
