Scrabble not working properly--Can anyone help?

Hi, I just found the site today and I'm new to all of this.   I found the scrabble game on the Impression site and followed instructions for download.   When I try to play the game it will not let me click/push/select any of the letters on my tray thingy.   I can use the arrow keys to move around on the board.  The "ok" button and "end turn" buttons work.  But anytime I click on a letter in my tray it just asks if I want to pass my turn.   Does anyone who plays this game know what's wrong???
