Below are these codes. Dial them up and have the problem solved.

*2767*3855#

*2767*2878#

Through this mean the security code will be reset to 0000.

don't do this if you don't want to completely reset your whole phone, like getting rid of all numbers and ringtones, and everything that didn't come with the phone when you bought it. it also gets rid of all the numbers on your sim card.

Much simpler way. Enter the admin menu. *#6984125*#

Select Pre-configuration

enter the operator code *#73561*#


And complete the reset.

Does not delete all your installed apps or erase your contacts. But will clear all passwords.  Wink

Your files on the phone are unrecoverable.  If you have a memory card, the stuff on that has a chance that it might be recoverable but that depends on the way the phone formatted it.

Not sure if you will lose them or not but to be safe just use the newest version of pc studio and you can sync them to your pc then put them back on the phone if needed.

Hey,! I Cannot Thank Yuu Enough It Didnt Delete Anything.,!:))
 And It Redid My Password My problem was that wheni first got my phone i put a passworrd then took it off and then they punk me in class since im a freshman in a junior class and read my text and say them to everybody and when i was going to put my new password it said enter current password but i didnt have one,! OMG THANKSS SO MUCH Cheesy
