I usually tend to make my own.  I use MP3 to Ringtone Gold to create the ringtone, then I use Switch Sound File Converter to make the file size smaller so they work on my phone if they're too big......mine usually tend to be LOL  Cheesy

Try audicity. It is a free app. Does everything. Cuts, reduces bit rate, can fade and add silence, make mono.  Its quick and easy.

I use www.phonezoo.com also, only I just send it straight to my phone after I make it.  will have to look at the one listed though to check it out.

i use myxer when im lazy and dont want to mess on my computer.

or i just use my audio editing programs and cut the song to the part i want. FL studio or ACID work great if u already have them. If not there are probably way cheaper alternatives....

but yeah if ur lazy and dont want to make your own myxer is awesome.

Thanks everyone!  I went to Phonezoo and Audiocity, LOVED them both.  Now I'm happy with my phone and ringtones.
